What is the difference between Orbit focused and Photo only?
Orbit focused uses AI image-to-video to add small orbits and parallax; it can invent off-frame detail, so treat it as a marketing clip, not a survey of the room. Photo only applies push-ins, pull-backs, and slides that stay entirely inside the supplied photo — the MLS-safer motion option.
Do I upload phone photos from the iOS app?
No. Listing Teasers run in Yavay Studio and use staged Studio renders as input — stage the rooms first, then generate the video.
How much does a listing teaser cost?
3 clips cost 60 Studio credits, 4 clips cost 80, and 5 clips cost 100. Failed jobs refund credits. That is the same credit wallet as virtual staging — not a separate videographer invoice.
Can I still use this on the MLS?
Virtually staged source images still need your MLS virtual-staging disclosure. Photo only keeps motion inside the original frame. Orbit focused can generate viewpoints that were not in the photo, so use it for social and marketing clips, not as a substitute for an accurate property record.
When should I still hire a videographer?
