Virtual Staging Before and After Examples
Every image here is a real render from Yavay Studio, made from the listing photo shown as “before”. Drag each slider to compare, then try the same thing on your own photo.
One empty living room, five styles
The same vacant room staged five ways. Matching the style to the buyer is the cheapest lever in listing photos: coastal for a beach market, minimalist for a young urban buyer, farmhouse for the suburbs.

Unfinished condo to luxury listing
New-construction and unfinished units photograph worst of all: bare concrete, no scale, no reason to stay. Staging gives buyers the finished picture before the builder delivers it.

Kitchens: restyle or full renovation
Kitchens decide offers. Show a dated kitchen with new cabinets and counters so buyers can price the update instead of walking away from it.

Bedrooms: restyle a furnished room
Staging is not only for empty rooms. A tired, furnished bedroom can be restyled with new walls, lighting and decor while the layout stays true to the space.

Exteriors and curb appeal
The first listing photo is usually the front of the house. New siding, a walkway and fresh landscaping change the click-through before a buyer sees a single room.

Sketch to render
For pre-construction and remodel pitches, a pencil sketch becomes a photorealistic room buyers can react to.

Frequently asked questions
Are these real virtual staging results?
Yes. Every image on this page was produced in Yavay Studio from the photo shown as “before”. They are not retouched by hand.
Can I use virtually staged photos on the MLS?
Most MLSs allow virtually staged photos as long as they are disclosed as virtually staged, and many require the unstaged photo alongside. Check your MLS rules and label staged images clearly.
What kind of photo works best?
A straight, well-lit, wide shot of the room with the floor and at least two walls visible. A phone photo is enough. Empty rooms give the cleanest staging; furnished rooms can be restyled.
How long does a render take?
About a minute per photo, so a whole listing can be staged the same day it is photographed.
Stage your own listing photo
Upload a photo, pick a style, and get a render in about a minute.
