Interactive 3D tour. Buyers move through the property in a browser. No headset. This is for layout, remote and relocating buyers, and listings where wasted showings are expensive. Yavay’s tours are staged, phone-captured walkthroughs — marketing a home’s potential, not a Matterport digital twin of every square foot. Matterport still wins whole-property documentation and syndication. Do not send Matterport-intent traffic to a teaser MP4.
Listing video from photos. A linear MP4 generated from 3–5 staged Studio stills. Buyers watch; they do not navigate. This is the scroll-stopping clip for Reels, TikTok, email, and the MLS video slot. Listing Teasers output 16:9 or 9:16 at about 30 fps, with optional music, voiceover, and an end card. 3 clips cost 60 Studio credits.
Photo-only pan. A mode inside Listing Teasers, not a third product. Push-in, pull-back, slide — FFmpeg motion that stays entirely inside the supplied photo. Use it when the board, seller, or brand will not accept AI orbits that invent a doorway. It is still a video, not a tour.
Orbit focused (the other teaser mode) adds AI depth and parallax. It can invent off-frame detail. Treat it as a marketing clip. It is not a survey of the room and it is not a 3D tour.
